We have an established team in Leicestershire and Derbyshire of Architects, Builders, Electricians, Plumbers, Project Managers, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers to ensure our Properties are refurbished and completed to a high specification in the shortest time-frame as possible.
HMO's (House of Multiple Occupancy)
We specialise in providing a full turn key solution for HMO Properties from conception, refurbishment through to management. We operate in Leicestershire and Derbyshire ensuring we have in depth knowledge when developing properties to meet local authorities amenities standards.
